How does it work?
We have created a simple user interface that allows you to manage your rental properties. In a matter of a couple of hours, you can have a unique web presence that would cost thousands of dollars with other software solutions. Below is an outline of how our system works.

Inputing data into the system
The first step is to enter information about your properties. If you have this information in digital format, we would be happy to assist in batch uploading this information into the system for you (free of charge). This information includes descriptive information about your properties, including number of bedrooms, bathrooms, features etc. You can also add an unlimited amount of photos of each property.

Setting Rate Seasons
After your properties have been entered, you can set up seasonal time changes that reflect system wide rate changes. For example, these may include: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, as well as Specials. These seasonal entries can be anything you like and you decide when they take effect.

Setting Rate Types
Once you have entered your seasonal time frames, you can enter your rates for the different property types that you have. You may have four 2 bedroom condos and 2 lakeside 2 bedroom condos that you rent. You can assign different rental rates to these catagories. You may also have unique homes or cabins. You can also set the rates for these individually.

Other Items
The last step is to enter your customized options. These include:
  • Email address for contact information and rental confrimations
  • A custom header graphic (We can assist free of charge)
  • Terms and Conditions of your online rentals
  • Credit Card processing information
  • Upload forms that are attached to your customers email confrimation
  • Text for Specials
  • Text for Things To Do in the area.

Your fully customized web site is up and running. You can continue to make changes as necessary.
